No — orders can only be split once on Airgoods. If your order has already been split, it cannot be split again.
What to do instead: Partially fulfill the order
If you need to ship products in more than one batch, you can use partial fulfillment. This lets you fulfill part of the order now and the remainder later — without needing to split the order again.
How to partially fulfill an order
Open the order and accept it.
Click Fulfill.
Enter a tracking number or generate a shipping label.
Select only the products included in this first batch.
Click Proceed to confirm.
The order will be marked as Partially Fulfilled.
When you're ready to ship the remaining products, return to the order and repeat the fulfillment steps for the second batch.
💡 Note: Payouts are not issued until the order is fully fulfilled. Once all products have been shipped, the order will be marked as Fulfilled and payment will be processed.
