Overview
If you’re shipping an order in more than one box, Airgoods’ in-platform fulfillment lets you create multiple shipping labels (one per package) from the same order.
You can also buy labels outside of Airgoods. If you do, you can still complete fulfillment in Airgoods by entering tracking for each package.
Generate multiple labels using in-platform fulfillment
Open the order you want to ship.
Select the items you’re fulfilling and click Fulfill Order.
Click Create Shipping Label.
Select the products that will be shipped in this fulfillment.
Confirm the shipping and return addresses are correct.
Under Confirm Item Weights, confirm each product’s weight is correct.
Product weights should be entered per case.
Click Edit Weight if you need to update anything.
Under Select a Package, create your first package and enter:
Package dimensions
Packaging weight (the box + packing materials only, not the products)
Click Add Package, then select which products and quantities will go into the next box.
Repeat Add Package for as many boxes as you need, making sure all items and quantities are assigned to the correct package.
Select your preferred shipping label rate.
Authorize the required permissions.
Click Buy Shipping Label.
Airgoods will generate a separate shipping label and tracking number for each package. Before shipping, make sure each label is attached to the correct box.
Purchasing labels outside of Airgoods (optional)
You are not required to use Airgoods’ in-platform fulfillment.
If you purchase labels from a carrier or another shipping platform:
Go to the order in Airgoods.
Accept and Fulfill Order.
click on "Enter the tracking information" and select products for each package.
Confirm the fulfillment.
Make sure each package has its corresponding tracking information added to the order.
