Airgoods is a marketplace of independent brands. This means each brand sets its own shipping rates and rules and ships orders itself, which may be slightly different from other food and beverage supply models you've encountered (like traditional distributors). The majority of the brands on Airgoods are not listed with distributors and specialize in small-batch, high-quality products made with unique ingredients. The retailer always sees the exact shipping cost at checkout before paying.
By default the retailer pays shipping. It is free only when the brand has turned on free shipping, when the order meets that brand's free-shipping threshold, or when a promotion covers it. You can shop all products that ship free here!
For retailers: how to get free shipping
Shipping cost is set by the brand, not by Airgoods, and is shown before you pay. There are two ways an order ships free:
Browse the free-shipping catalogue. Some brands ship every order free. You can shop all of those products here.
Meet the brand's free-shipping threshold. Many brands ship free once your order reaches a minimum, for example a subtotal amount or a set number of cases. Where a brand has set one, the threshold applies automatically to your order.
If neither applies, the brand's standard shipping rate applies and is charged with your order.
Our goal is to make your experience on Airgoods as smooth and transparent as possible, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions: [email protected].
