Does Airgoods have an API?
No. Airgoods does not currently offer a public or private API for sellers or retailers. There is no API documentation, no developer portal, no webhooks for orders, products, inventory or shipments, and no OAuth or API-key authentication for custom integrations.
Because direct API access is not available, there is also no application process, no approval queue, no eligibility tier and no fee. There is nothing to request and nothing to be put on a waitlist for.
Does Airgoods ever issue an API key?
No. Airgoods does not generate, issue or support Airgoods API keys of any kind, for anyone.
This is worth stating plainly, because every API key used in an Airgoods integration points the other way. When you connect Shopify, ShipStation, WooCommerce or Cin7 Core, you generate the key inside that platform and paste it into Airgoods. Airgoods uses that key to talk to them. No key ever travels in the opposite direction.
So if anything asks you for "your Airgoods API key", there is no such thing to supply.
A third-party platform is asking for my Airgoods API key. What do I tell them?
Tell them Airgoods has no public API and does not issue API keys, so no credential can be provided.
This comes up with order-aggregation and marketplace-sync tools that list Airgoods alongside marketplaces they do support and then ask you to paste in a key. Some of them also show a message telling you to generate the key "in Airgoods". There is no screen in your Airgoods account that does this, and support cannot generate one for you either.
What to send them, verbatim if it helps:
"Airgoods does not offer a public or private API and does not issue API keys. There is no credential available for a third-party connection. Airgoods supports direct integrations with Shopify, ShipStation, WooCommerce and Cin7 Core only."
If that platform wants to build an Airgoods connector, they can write to [email protected], but we have no API to point them at today.
I run my own OMS, WMS or ERP. How do I get orders out of Airgoods?
Today the supported route is a connector, not a direct link to your own system. Airgoods integrates with:
Shopify - order sync, product import, pricing sync, inventory sync
ShipStation - orders flow in for fulfillment, tracking flows back
WooCommerce - orders, products, inventory and pricing
Cin7 Core - accepted orders and samples arrive as sales, tracking syncs back, inventory sync optional
If your warehouse or fulfillment system already talks to one of these, that platform can sit in the middle: Airgoods syncs to it, and your system works from it as it does today.
If your fulfillment and inventory logic lives entirely in your own software, be aware of what that middle layer costs you. Routing Airgoods orders through a platform you do not otherwise use can double-deduct inventory and split order management across two systems. There is no supported way to avoid that today, and a custom backoffice cannot exchange orders, tracking and inventory with Airgoods automatically.
Every Airgoods order is also emailed to you when it comes in, and each order has a downloadable invoice from the Orders tab.
You can connect a supported platform from Integrations in your Airgoods seller account.
What if my platform isn't one of the four?
Email [email protected] and name the platform. Requests are logged and passed to the integrations team. What we will not do is give you an interim API key or a private endpoint - those do not exist, so support cannot grant them as an exception.
If your use case is a custom OMS or WMS, include what you need to read (orders, line items, ship-to) and what you need to write back (tracking, carrier, inventory). That level of detail is what the team uses to scope the work.
