Managing orders you can’t fulfill

Update an order (Pending orders only)

If you don’t have enough inventory to fulfill an order and the order is still Pending:

  • Go to the Orders page and open the order.

  • Click More Actions.

  • Select "Edit Order" to adjust quantities or remove items.

Once an order has been Accepted, it can no longer be edited.


Cancel an order (Pending or Accepted orders)
If you’re unable to fulfill an order:

  • Go to the Orders page and open the order.

  • Click More Actions.

  • Select "Cancel Order" to cancel the order.


Need to edit an Accepted order?

If an order has already been Accepted and needs to be updated, please contact Airgoods Support through the chat or through email ([email protected]). Our team can move the order back to Pending so it can be edited.
