Accepting and fulfilling an order

To accept a new order on Airgoods, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Airgoods account and go to the "Orders" page.

  • Find the new order you want to accept and click on it to review the details.

  • Confirm that you have enough product to fulfill the order.

  • Enter the expected ship date for that order. This will automatically notify the buyer that their order is received and will update the order status to processing.

When fulfilling an order manually:

  1. Fulfill your order through a carrier of your choice

  2. Click the Account icon in the top right corner of your Airgoods page

  3. Go to the "Orders" page and click into the specific order

  4. Click the “Fulfill” button and enter the tracking number and shipping costs

When fulfilling an order through Shopify (if you have shipping rates set) or ShipStation:

  1. Fulfill as you would normally through Shopify (as long as you don’t have “Added after shipped” set) or through ShipStation

  2. The tracking info will automatically be populated on Airgoods for you!

Once the order is shipped, click the “Mark as Shipped” button for that order and enter the tracking number and shipping costs. This will finalize the current order, and you will receive an ACH payout 30 days from this date. The shipping costs will be passed on to the buyer.

Please note that orders that are not accepted within 30 days are auto-canceled. It's important to accept or decline orders in a timely manner to avoid cancellations and ensure a good experience for buyers on Airgoods.
