When to use this
Use this after you accept an order and are ready to ship.
Fulfillment Options
Option 1 — Manual Fulfillment (Self-Ship)
Ship using your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Steps
Accept the order in AirGoods.
Ship the order using your carrier.
Go to the order in Orders.
Enter:
Tracking number
Shipping cost
Mark the order as Shipped.
Option 2 — Fulfill via Integration (Shopify or ShipStation)
Shopify Integration
Accept the order in AirGoods.
The order syncs to Shopify.
Create and purchase the shipping label in Shopify.
Mark the order as fulfilled in Shopify.
If shipping costs are preset:
Tracking and status will update automatically in AirGoods.
If using “Added after shipped”:
You must manually enter tracking and shipping cost in AirGoods.
ShipStation Integration
Accept the order in AirGoods.
Fulfill the order in ShipStation as usual.
Tracking information will sync automatically to AirGoods.
Entering Shipping Information
Tracking Number Format
Enter tracking immediately after shipping.
Use numbers only.
Do not include carrier names or codes.
Correct:
1234567890
Incorrect:
UPS1234567890
If shipping in multiple boxes:
Separate tracking numbers with commas.
Example:
1234567890, 0987654321
Shipping Cost Rules
Enter the shipping cost you want to pass on.
Exclude carrier sales tax from the shipping cost.
If you set shipping rates in advance, the cost will auto-populate.
Local Delivery
If delivering locally:
Select Local Delivery as the shipping method.
Mark the order as delivered.
Important:
You cannot add a shipping cost to local delivery orders.
Editing Shipping Details
If tracking or cost was entered incorrectly:
Open the order.
Go to Shipping Info.
Click Edit.
Update the tracking number or cost.
Save changes.
If multiple tracking numbers were added:
Edit or delete each one individually.
Important
Sellers are responsible for filing carrier claims.
AirGoods does not handle lost, stolen, or damaged package claims.
Accurate tracking is required for order visibility.
