How Fulfillment Works with the Shopify Integration

Updated over a month ago

Preset your shipping rates in your Shipping tab. This is more attractive for stores (they can see their total cost upfront) and makes fulfillment faster and easier.

If you use preset shipping prices (fixed, %, per case or per order)

  1. Accept the order on Airgoods.

  2. The order imports automatically into Shopify.

  3. Buy the label and fulfill the order directly through Shopify.

  4. Airgoods automatically updates the tracking number and marks the order as fulfilled once fulfillment is completed on Shopify — no manual action needed.

If you use set shipping price "Added after shipped”

  1. Accept the order on Airgoods.

  2. The order automatically imports into Shopify (this also marks it as “Accepted” on the buyer’s side).

  3. Buy your shipping label.

  4. Copy and paste the tracking number into Airgoods.

  5. Input your shipping cost on the Airgoods platform.

  6. Once you add both, mark can mark the order as Fulfilled on Airgoods.

Samples

Samples work the same way as normal orders on Airgoods.

Once accepted, sample orders import automatically into Shopify and follow the same fulfillment process based on your shipping setup.

Replacement Orders

Replacement orders do not sync with Shopify nor can you buy the shipping label on Airgoods. You must fulfill them manually:

  1. Purchase a shipping label independently.

  2. Enter the tracking number in Airgoods.

  3. Mark the order as fulfilled on Airgoods.
