Step 1: Pre-integration
Make sure you're an owner or admin
Only the supplier owner or an admin on the Airgoods account can connect Cin7 and change integration settings. Staff members can view linked products, orders and tracking, but can't make changes. If you don't see the Connect button, ask your account owner for access.
Add SKU information to Airgoods products (optional)
Make sure every product in Airgoods has the "SKU" column filled in and that it matches your Cin7 SKU exactly. This lets you link all of your products in one click.
(Tip) You can bulk edit your products on Airgoods by going to the Products tab.
Add shipping rates to Airgoods (optional)
Make sure you set a shipping rate that is NOT "Added after shipped". Wholesale buyers prefer getting a guaranteed shipping rate upfront so they can calculate their landed costs, and this has been seen to be correlated with more sales.
Step 2: Connect your Cin7 Core account
Find your Cin7 API credentials
Log in to Cin7 Core and open Settings.
Go to the API (or External API) section.
Copy your Account ID and Application Key.
Connect on Airgoods
On Airgoods, go to Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Find the Cin7 Core card and click Connect.
Paste your Account ID and Application Key into the popup. Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces.
Click Connect. If successful, you'll see "Your Cin7 Core account is now connected" and move to the Cin7 Core settings page.
When you connect, Airgoods reads your Cin7 company name, base currency and time zone. Export orders is on by default, and Sync inventory stays off until you turn it on. Once connected, the Cin7 Core card shows as Connected:
Step 3: Integration settings
Cin7 sale defaults
These tell Airgoods how to create sales in Cin7. The options load directly from your Cin7 account, and your selections save automatically.
Warehouse / location: The warehouse you ship from. Also used for stock checks.
Tax rule: How Cin7 calculates tax on each sale.
Payment terms: When payment is due (e.g., "Net 30").
Price tier: Which Cin7 price list to apply (e.g., "Wholesale").
Revenue account and Accounts receivable (optional): Used when Airgoods creates a new customer in Cin7.
Important: Complete your sale defaults before accepting your first order. If you recently added a warehouse, tax rule or account in Cin7 and don't see it, click Refresh options from Cin7.
How are your Cin7 Core products listed?
Cases: Each case ordered on Airgoods is sent to Cin7 as a quantity of 1.
Individual Units: Each case ordered on Airgoods is sent to Cin7 as the number of units in that case.
For example, if a product has 12 units per case and a retailer orders 2 cases:
Cases: Cin7 receives a quantity of 2
Individual Units: Cin7 receives a quantity of 24
Check the preview below the two options to make sure the math matches what you expect.
Sync settings
Export orders (on by default): Orders and samples you accept on Airgoods are sent to Cin7 as sales.
Sync inventory (off by default): Your Airgoods stock follows the Available quantity in Cin7. Products are marked OOS when available inventory is 0 or less. If you set a Warehouse / location, only that warehouse is counted; otherwise stock is added up across all warehouses.
Important: Set your Warehouse / location and link your products before turning on inventory sync.
Step 4: Link your products
Airgoods pulls in your Cin7 products automatically every 10 minutes. The first sync can take from a few minutes up to an hour for large catalogs. You can click Sync products now to start it right away.
Open the Product Linking tab on the Cin7 Core settings page.
If SKUs match, click Auto-Link. Products with the exact same SKU in both systems are linked (not case-sensitive), and existing links are never overwritten.
For anything still Not linked, click Link, search for the Cin7 product by name or SKU, and select it.
Important: Every product on an order must be linked before the order can be sent to Cin7.

Step 5: Test the Integration
Once your products are linked, test the integration to make sure everything is working correctly.
In your integration settings, click Create Test Order.
Open the test order in Airgoods, choose a ship date, and Accept Order.
Accepting the order triggers the integration and creates the sale in Cin7.
Check Cin7 to confirm that:
The sale was created with a reference like AG-12345.
The correct products and quantities were included.
The customer, warehouse, tax rule and payment terms are right.
Once confirmed, click Void Cin7 sale on the order in Airgoods and cancel the test order. Do not ship the test order.
How orders work after setup
Accept the order on Airgoods. Airgoods finds the buyer in Cin7 (or creates them), then creates an AUTHORISED sale with the line items, prices, addresses and shipping cost. The Airgoods order shows Exported to Cin7 Core and the Cin7 sale number.
Ship the order in Cin7 and add the carrier and tracking number.
Within about 10 minutes, Airgoods adds the tracking, marks the order Shipped (or Partially Shipped), and notifies the buyer.
Tip: once you've shipped the order in Cin7, check back in Airgoods to verify it was marked as Shipped.
Final Steps and Recommendations
If an order was sent to Cin7 by mistake, use Void Cin7 sale in Airgoods instead of deleting the sale in Cin7.
Don't change SKUs in Cin7 after linking, or your links may stop working.
When you add new products in Cin7, link them on the Product Linking tab once they appear.
Keep a close eye on your first few orders to make sure everything is working smoothly.
