As a brand on Airgoods, you may occasionally need to void a shipping label or update tracking information for an order. Below are the steps for each scenario.
Void a Shipping Label
You can only void a shipping label if it was created through Airgoods.
To void a shipping label:
Go to the Order page.
Click View Tracking.
Click View Details.
Click View Label Details.
Click the gray Void Shipping Label button.
Once voided, the label will no longer be valid, and you can create a new one if needed.
Update Tracking Information
If you need to update the tracking number or carrier for an order:
Go to the Order page.
Click More Actions.
Select Update shipping.
Enter the new tracking information and save.
This will update the tracking details shown to the retailer.
