Can a retailer cancel their order?

We understand that sometimes retailers might need to cancel an order due to We understand that retailers may occasionally need to cancel an order—for example, if they ordered incorrect items, too much inventory, or from the wrong brand. How cancellations work depends on the order status and timing.


Before the order is accepted

If the order is still Pending (not yet accepted by the seller), the retailer can cancel the order directly.


After the order is accepted

Once the order has been Accepted and an Expected Ship Date (ESD) has been set, the retailer cannot cancel the order.

The only exception is if the order is more than 7 days past the Expected Ship Date (ESD). In that case, the retailer may cancel the order.
