Once an order has been accepted by the seller, it is considered confirmed and is expected to ship according to the Expected Ship Date (ESD) shown on the order.
Because accepted orders often enter fulfillment quickly, Airgoods does not automatically cancel accepted orders upon request.
When Airgoods can intervene
Airgoods can step in to cancel an accepted order only if the following conditions are met:
The order is at least 7 days past the Expected Ship Date (ESD)
No valid tracking information has been added
If these conditions are met, our team may cancel the order on behalf of the buyer.
Why we have this policy
This policy helps ensure a fair and reliable marketplace by:
Encouraging sellers to keep Expected Ship Dates accurate
Reducing the risk of canceling orders that have already shipped but are missing tracking information
Creating clear, consistent expectations for both buyers and sellers
What buyers should do before requesting cancellation
If an order is accepted but has not shipped yet, buyers should:
Message the seller directly through Airgoods to confirm shipping status
Check the Expected Ship Date on the order
Allow reasonable time for fulfillment if the order is still within the ESD window
If the order is more than 7 days past the ESD and the seller is unresponsive or unable to ship, buyers can contact Airgoods Support for cancellation or for help.
