To streamline the onboarding process and prevent any potential delays, we recommend using a catalog export from popular platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Prestashop, or Wix. Providing a comprehensive and clear catalog will ensure that your page is built to your expectations and will help expedite the process.
Once we receive your catalog and product images, our team will begin building your page, which usually takes around 24 hours. Once complete, you will receive an email with a link to your activated account.
*Please note: If you sell hemp-infused products, you must be able to provide an up-to-date COA upon request for all products included in your Airgoods catalog.
