Can I buy on Airgoods?

Updated over 2 months ago

To qualify as a Airgoods buyer, you must represent a business in the continental US that is open and ready to make sales (if your business is opening soon or awaiting authorization, you may also qualify).

All Airgoods buyers must purchase with the intent to resell directly to consumers at the MSRP noted in the product listing. Orders for gifting, distribution, dropshipping (Amazon, eBay, etc.), or personal use are not allowed.

To help us determine your buying eligibility, it is important to provide accurate information during your sign-up process and to keep your Airgoods profile as accurate and up to date as possible. Please make sure your application is as complete as it can be so we can approve it. Applications with missing or inaccurate information will not be accepted.

Most buyers on Airgoods are business owners or designated purchase managers. Buyers may not place orders from a brand they own or are affiliated with, even if that brand has a separate account on Airgoods.

To ensure Airgoods remains a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace, all buyers are required to provide a valid reseller ID and proof of business (such as a website, store location, or social media page).

This verification process helps protect our brands by preventing direct-to-consumer purchases at wholesale prices and maintaining the integrity of our marketplace.

At Airgoods, we value our community and take non-compliance seriously. Failure to comply with our buyer requirements may result in account deactivation. Moreover, the purchase of products for personal consumption instead of resale is strictly prohibited and could constitute as tax fraud, which may result in legal consequences. Let's work together to ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone on the platform.
