Prohibited businesses
Airgoods is a marketplace for physical consumer products. We do not support service-based businesses or any products that are illegal, unsafe, or restricted under applicable laws. The categories below outline what is not allowed on the platform.
General Requirements
All products sold on Airgoods must meet the following standards:
Must be a tangible, physical good (no services of any kind).
Must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations in the regions where the seller operates and where the buyer receives goods.
Must not be illegal, harmful, counterfeit, or misleading in any jurisdiction relevant to the transaction.
Sellers and buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Products deemed unlawful in any relevant jurisdiction are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Categories
1. Services (Not Allowed)
Airgoods does not support any type of service offering or virtual goods.
2. Illegal Products
Any products illegal under local, state, or federal law
Drugs or controlled substances
Equipment intended for drug production or consumption
Counterfeit, fraudulent, or IP-infringing goods
Weapons or unlawful materials
Products that promote violence or physical harm
Products illegally imported, exported, or mislabeled
3. Alcoholic Beverages (Restricted)
Airgoods does not allow the sale of alcoholic beverages.
We do allow certain food products that may contain alcohol but are recognized by the FDA as food ingredients, including:
Vanilla extracts
Alcoholic bitters used for cooking or beverage preparation
Other similar food-grade items with minimal alcohol content
If a product is regulated as an alcoholic beverage, it is not permitted.
4. Marijuana, Hemp & THC Products
Allowed:
Hemp-derived products with ≤ 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis
CBD products meeting federal and local compliance requirements
Not allowed:
Cannabis products containing more than 0.3% THC
Any products classified as marijuana under applicable law
Any cannabis products prohibited in the buyer or seller’s jurisdiction
Misleading or unverified potency claims
Sellers and buyers must always refer to local regulations, and any product considered illegal in any applicable jurisdiction is not allowed.
5. Smokable Products
The following items are not allowed on Airgoods:
Tobacco products
Cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos
Vapes, vape cartridges, e-liquids
Hookah or shisha products
Smokable hemp products
Any device designed for smoking, inhaling, or vaporizing substances
6. Nutraceuticals & Pseudo-Pharmaceuticals
Not allowed:
Products making unverified or harmful health claims
Unsafe supplements, pseudo-pharmaceuticals, or items marketed as treatments/cures without regulatory approval
Allowed (with proper compliance):
Standard dietary supplements that meet FDA and local jurisdiction regulations
