The Square integration allows you to sync products from Airgoods to your Square catalog and automatically update inventory when orders are delivered. This helps keep your POS system up to date without manual data entry.

Getting started

How it works

Connect your Square account to enable product syncing. Once connected, products from Airgoods can be pushed to Square and inventory will update automatically as orders are fulfilled and delivered.

Before you connect

Make sure you have a Square account with the appropriate permissions. After connecting, you can configure how products are created and how inventory should be managed.

Configure

After connecting, configure your integration settings including:

  • Product creation preferences

  • Variant grouping options

  • Inventory management settings

  • Location mappings for inventory updates


Notes

  • Sync behavior depends on how your products and variants are configured

  • If products or variants are missing, review your product mappings and integration settings

  • Inventory updates may take a few minutes to process depending on sync activity

  • Make sure the correct Square location is selected for inventory syncing
