Before you start receiving orders on Airgoods, you’ll connect your account to Stripe or Dots (our partner payment processors) and choose how quickly you'd like to get paid after each order ships.
Your selected payout speed determines your payment-processing fee.
Payout Speed & Fees
90-day payout: 0% (no fee)
60-day payout (default): 1.9% + $0.30 per order
30-day payout: 2.4% + $0.30 per order
When Do I Get Paid?
Once your order ships, we automatically trigger your payout based on the schedule you selected.
For example:
If you're on a 60-day payout, you'll receive payment 60 days after the order ships.
If you're on next-day payout, you'll receive payment the next business day after the order ships.
Why Is There a Payout Fee?
The payout fee isn’t an Airgoods margin. It covers the cost of processing your payout and, when applicable, paying you before the retailer’s invoice is due.
Processing costs: Payouts are processed through Stripe and Dots, which charge a fee for every transfer. The percentage-based fee and $0.30 per-order fee pass these costs through based on your selected payout schedule.
Earlier payouts cost more: Retailers typically buy on payment terms. The sooner you’re paid after an order ships, the longer Airgoods must cover the gap before the retailer’s payment is due. The 30-day and 60-day payout rates reflect that cost.
90-day payouts are free: With the 90-day schedule, your payout aligns with the retailer’s payment timing, so there is no payout fee.
You can change your payout schedule at any time. The fee is determined per order based on the payout schedule selected when that order ships.
To update your default schedule, visit your Payments page and click Select a default payout period.
Your Payouts Are Guaranteed
When you sell on Airgoods, Airgoods pays you directly. Once an order ships, your payout is scheduled and you’ll be paid on time, even if the retailer hasn’t paid their invoice yet.
We handle the risks and administrative work that come with wholesale payment terms:
No credit checks: We verify each retailer and set their credit terms before they can order from you.
No collections: If an invoice becomes overdue, we handle the reminders and follow-up.
No bad debt: If a retailer doesn’t pay, Airgoods absorbs the loss. Your payout stays the same.
All you need to do is ship the order. We’ll take care of getting you paid.
