Many brands start by running targeted marketing campaigns for sample box recipients or by messaging retailers directly to ask if they have questions or want more information after trying the product. We recommend paying special attention to retailers who have added your product to their cart but haven’t checked out yet — you can see this by sorting by “Amount in Cart” in your Customers table. Reaching out with a small discount code or an offer to do an in-store demo or tasting can often help convert initial interest into an order.
