Retailers use the samples they receive to evaluate products for potential wholesale purchase. This makes it crucial for brands to send high-quality, well-prepared samples that accurately represent their products.

Once your samples arrive at Airgoods, they are combined with samples from other brands into a single box. This box is then shipped to retailers, ensuring that each retailer receives a curated selection of products to evaluate. It is important to ensure that your samples are packed and ready to be experienced by retailers in their final form.

Instead of one-off outreach and shipping to individual stores, you ship cases to us once. We source and qualify top retailers, match your brand with the right stores, pack samples, and ship directly to buyers who are expecting the box and are already primed to discover and order new products.

Your samples are combined with those from other brands into a single curated box. This ensures that retailers receive a diverse selection of products to evaluate, streamlining the process for both brands and retailers.

There’s no participation fee! Brands just need to cover the cost of the samples and the shipment to our warehouse. Once we receive the products, Airgoods handles the packing and shipping from us to each individual storefront. Our standard commission applies on sample box first orders and re-orders.

No commitment or obligation! Participation is completely optional for each sample box send out, and you can send us samples as often or as little as you’d like.

Yes! Once you’ve been accepted you can take part in as many rounds as you’d like — many brands join every round. You can also use this program to test different products or support new product launches.

You opt in from your Sample Box Page — the same place whether it is your first round or a repeat.

You can opt in at any time once your account is in onboarding or beyond — you do not have to finish onboarding first. An account that has only signed up and not yet started onboarding cannot opt in, and the programme is not open to every brand.

First time: open your Sample Box Page and fill out the application form. Once you have submitted your application, we will review it and share the next steps.

Already accepted and want to join a later box: open your Sample Box page and click “Send more products” at the top right of the page. The warehouse shipping address will appear there. Make sure to complete the form before sending additional products.

Rounds do not run in every calendar month, so you opt in again for each round you want to be in. However, if you still have samples remaining from the previous round, you will automatically be included in the next round, and your remaining samples will be distributed. If you have zero samples remaining, you will need to opt in again. Your Sample Box page shows the round that is currently open and its cut-off. If your samples reach us after a round’s cut-off, they will automatically be included in the next round.

After you ship, add your tracking number on your Sample Box page.
