To update the bank account used for your Airgoods payouts:
Go to your Airgoods Payments page.
Access your Stripe or Dots account from this page by clicking on "View Account".
Update your bank details directly within the payment processor’s platform.
Make sure your new bank account is set as the default payout method.
To update your EIN and tax information, navigate to the Payments tab and select View Tax Info. Update your EIN and any related tax details, such as W-9 information.
Once updated, future ACH payouts will be sent to your new bank account according to your selected payout schedule (Next Day, Net 30, Net 60, or Net 90). These updates will not impact your existing account, products, or order history. Changes made in the payment platform will automatically apply to your Airgoods payouts and billing.
If payouts are still being sent to your old account, confirm that the update was successfully saved and that your new banking information is set as the default payout method. Ensure that the linked payment platform is updated accurately to avoid disruptions in payouts.
