What steps are required for onboarding?

Welcome to Airgoods, we’re excited to have you here!

Onboarding is designed to be quick and self-serve. You can complete everything directly in your brand portal, and our team is always here if you need help along the way.


1) Create and submit your seller application

  • Go to the Sell on Airgoods page and click Get Started

  • Fill out the seller application

  • Use a unique email address (if you already have a retailer account, you must use a different email for your seller account)

2) Upload brand information

Once accepted, log in and enter your brand details. This information powers your storefront.

  • Profile image: Provide a profile image that represents you or your brand. This will be used as your image when messaging buyers, as well as on your shop page. Ideal size: 500 x 500 pixels.

  • Cover image: Provide a cover photo for your shop. Ideal size: 1000 x 1000 pixels.

3) Add your products

  1. Add products manually: Use the Product Portal to create products one by one.

    This is best if you have a small catalog or just a few SKUs to add.

  2. Email us your catalog: If you already have a product list, you can email it to us at [email protected]. More details about product upload can be found here.

  3. Bulk upload: If you have a large catalog, you can upload all your products at once by uploading a file exported from Shopify or any other wholesale marketplace

4) Connect a bank account

  • Connect your payout method in the Payments tab so you can receive order payouts through Stripe or Dots.

5) Set shipping rates

  • Set your shipping rates in the Shipping section of your account. While this is optional, brands with shipping rates set get more visibility and generate more sales on average.

  • You can also choose “Added after shipped” to add the shipping cost after you’ve purchased the shipping label.

6) Set up an Airgoods kickoff promotion

  • Create a launch promotion to boost visibility when you go live. Brands with active promotions are featured in our weekly retailer emails and receive more exposure across the marketplace.

  • For selected brands, Airgoods may sponsor a 5% discount to help drive early orders.

Additional considerations

  • Pricing parity: As part of your brand agreement with Airgoods, you agree to keep your pricing consistent across all of your wholesale channels.

  • Catalog completeness: It’s important to submit your entire product offering when you onboard because you will be featured in our New Arrivals category for your first two weeks and catalog completeness has a significant impact on your conversion rate.

  • If you use Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Prestashop, or any other marketplace you can directly export a CSV to share your catalog. Make sure to include all columns, including images.
