Use state restrictions to control where retailers can discover, view, and order your products.
Brand-level state restrictions
Best for: Hiding your entire brand from retailers in specific states.
When you add a state at the brand level, retailers located in that state won’t be able to discover your brand, view your products, or place orders from your catalog.
Steps
Go to your Restrictions settings page: https://airgoods.com/account/seller/settings/restrictions
Find Brand-Level State Restrictions.
Add one or more states you want to restrict.
Save your changes.
Product-level state restrictions
Best for: Restricting visibility for a specific product while keeping the rest of your catalog available.
When you add states at the product level, only that product is hidden from retailers in those states. Your other products remain visible (unless they have their own restrictions).
Steps
Open the product you want to edit.
Scroll to the bottom of the product edit page.
Click Limit Product Visibility.
Select the states where this product should not be visible.
Save your changes.
Which should I use?
Use brand-level restrictions when you need to prevent retailers in certain states from seeing or ordering anything from your brand.
Use product-level restrictions when you only need to limit one (or a few) products, but still want retailers in those states to see the rest of your catalog.
Tip: If you need to restrict multiple products (but not your whole catalog), you may need to apply product-level restrictions to each relevant product.
