We’re sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged or went missing. If you purchased the label through Airgoods, you can file a claim with the carriers by following the instructions below.
USPS: Visit the USPS Claims section and provide your label information.
UPS and FedEx: We partner with Shippo to provide our labels. Please fill out the following form to beginning processing a claim with them. Note that UPS and FedEx require all requested information to initiate a claim. Once submitted, Shippo’s support team will review your request and follow up within two business days to assist with recovering funds.
When completing the Shippo claim form, use the same email address associated with your Airgoods account to ensure proper claim association.
In the section labeled “Please choose your issue below,” select the option "Claim" to ensure your request is processed correctly.
Double-check the email address you provide and ensure all required fields in the form are completed accurately to avoid delays.
