Please note: all products sent as samples to buyers you’ve met through Airgoods must be available to purchase on the platform.
How do I offer samples on Airgoods?
To allow buyers to request samples from your brand:
Log in to your brand portal and click the Products tab.
Toggle to the "Samples" tab at the top
Add sample products you want to make available for sampling
Once you receive sample requests from buyers, you can track them in the dashboard in the Samples pages. You can also enter the tracking number for each shipment, which will be automatically shared with the buyer for their convenience.
Please note that all buyers who request samples on Airgoods have been verified as qualified wholesale buyers by our team.
How do I fulfill sample requests?
To fulfill sample requests, follow these steps:
When you receive a new sample request, you'll receive an email notification and a new sample request entry in the Samples page of your account portal. The buyer's address will be automatically shared with you.
Click into the sample request to review, accept (or decline), and fulfill.
Review the retailer's information and reply to any message they may have sent when submitting the request.
After accepting the sample request, add the tracking number and details about the sample(s) included in the shipment.
How long do I have to fulfill a sample request?
We encourage brands to fulfill sample requests within a week. The sooner the buyer receives the sample, the sooner they can make a decision on purchasing your products.
Will I get feedback from retailers on the samples I provide?
Yes! We will prompt retailers to share feedback about the samples they received from you. We believe that these insights will be helpful in growing your sales.
Can I charge for samples on Airgoods?
While most sellers on Airgoods do offer free samples, you can also charge for samples. You can set this up by:
Logging in to your brand portal and clicking the “Products” tab.
Toggling to the "Samples" tab at the top
Clicking on the three dots to the right of a specific product and selecting “Edit”
Setting a price under the “Pricing” section on the right
