Airgoods allows retailers to offer discounts to increase conversions and attract new customers to their stores.
You can set any of the following discount types:
Promotions: limited time discounts that you can offer storewide, or just for specific products.
Codes: unique discount codes to offer personalized discounts to specific buyers on Airgoods.
Volume Discounts: order volume threshold discounts to encourage larger orders
Here's how you can set up promotions on your Airgoods store:
Go to the "Discounts" tab in your account and click "Create Promotion", "Create Code", or "Create Volume Discount".
To create a one-off discount code for a specific amount:
Click on the option to create a new discount code.
Set the discount value to the desired amount (e.g., $23.02). You can specify any amount that suits your needs.
Share the discount code directly with the customer. The code will not be visible to other customers unless you provide it to them.
Set the parameters of the promotion, such as the start and end dates, minimum requirement amount, and discount value.
Applying Discounts to Existing Orders
To apply a discount to an order that has already been placed:
Open the specific order in your Airgoods dashboard.
Locate the More Actions menu or a similar option in the upper-right corner of the order details page.
Select the option to apply a discount and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Your promotions will be visible in the following ways:
Featured on your brand page
Featured in the Airgoods Deals page — this is a highly trafficked page
Included in a new tab in the Airgoods header that features all brands with live promotions
Weekly email sent to Airgoods' lead list of our accounts, featuring all brands with discounts
By offering promotions on your Airgoods store, you can differentiate yourself from other brands, attract more customers, and increase sales.
