Airgoods allows brands to create different types of discounts and promotions to drive sales, increase average order value, and attract new retailers.
Available Discount Types
You can create any of the following discount types:
Storewide Discount
Apply a discount across all products in an order.
Example: Offer 10% off all products during a seasonal promotion.
Product Specific Discount
Apply a discount only to selected products.
Example: Offer 20% off a new product line while keeping the rest of your catalog at regular pricing.
Buy X Get Y
Reward retailers when they purchase specific quantities or products.
Example: Buy 5 cases of Product A and get 1 case of Product B at a discount or for free.
Note: Buy X Get Y promotions stack automatically. For example, if the offer is "Buy 5, Get 1 Free," a retailer who purchases 10 qualifying cases would receive 2 free items, 15 qualifying cases would receive 3 free items, and so on.
Tiered Discount
Offer volume-based discounts that increase as order value or quantity grows.
Example:
Spend $250, get 5% off
Spend $500, get 10% off
Spend $1,000, get 15% off
Shipping Discount
Offer free or discounted shipping to encourage larger orders.
Example: Free shipping on orders over $300.
Getting Started
To create a discount:
Navigate to Discounts in your Airgoods dashboard.
Click Create Discount.
Select the discount type that best fits your promotion.
Configure the discount details, eligibility rules, and expiration date.
Save and activate your discount.
Using the right combination of discounts can help increase conversions, encourage larger orders, and reward loyal retailers.
Applying Discounts to Existing Orders
To apply a discount to an order that has already been placed:
Open the specific order in your Airgoods dashboard.
Locate the More Actions menu or a similar option in the upper-right corner of the order details page.
Select the option to apply a discount and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Your promotions will be visible in the following ways:
Featured on your brand page
Featured in the Airgoods Deals page — this is a highly trafficked page
Included in a new tab in the Airgoods header that features all brands with live promotions
Weekly email sent to Airgoods' lead list of our accounts, featuring all brands with discounts
By offering promotions on your Airgoods store, you can differentiate yourself from other brands, attract more customers, and increase sales.
