Embed on a single page or post
To embed your widget on a single page or post in your Shopify store:
Select Online Store under your sales channels and then choose either Pages or Blog posts in your Shopify Dashboard. Ensure you select the Online Store text and not the eye icon
Select either the page or blog post you’d like to embed your widget in, and select the <> button to switch to an HTML view
Search in the HTML source code for the section where you would like to embed your widget. Paste the Airgoods Direct widget HTML code
Select the Save button in the top right corner. To view the updated page, select View Page below the title. Additionally, you can choose to add the page to a Navigation menu. For additional details on this, please visit Menus and links
Embed on every page
To embed your widget on every page of your Shopify store:
In your Shopify Dashboard, select Themes, then the three dots next to the Customize button and Edit code
Select the theme.liquid file
Search in this file for content_for_layout, paste your widget code outside the main div, and click Save in the top right corner
Review the changes made by clicking on Preview in the top right menu
Embed on homepage
To embed your widget on the homepage of your Shopify store:
In your Shopify Dashboard, click on Themes, then the three dots next to the Customize button and Edit code
Select the index.liquid file
Search in this file for content_for_index, paste your widget code outside the main div, and click Save in the top right corner
Review the changes made by clicking on Preview in the top right menu
Embed in the footer
To embed your widget in the footer of your Shopify store:
In your Shopify Dashboard, click on Themes, then then the three dots next to the Customize button and Edit code
Select the footer.liquid file
Search in this file for the footer and paste your widget or ordering button code between an ending and starting div
Review the changes made by selecting Preview in the top right menu
