How to report an order:
In your Airgoods account, visit your Orders tab and click on the order that you would like to report
In the top right corner, select the option to "Report an Issue"
Complete the form by selecting the relevant products and completing the required information
Submit your request (refund or replacement)
By submitting an order issue report on Airgoods, you agree to the following terms:
Accurate Information – You confirm that all information provided is truthful and not falsified, altered, or artificially manufactured in any way. Submitting inaccurate claims may result in loss of dispute resolution eligibility and potential account restrictions.
Reporting for the Correct Brand – You may only submit issue reports for products purchased from the brand(s) listed in your order. Reports filed for products from different brands, or unrelated items, will not be processed.
Resolution & Airgoods Credit – If your issue qualifies for Airgoods Credit instead of a refund, Airgoods reserves the right to modify or remove that credit at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or policy violations.
Timely Submission – Order issue reports must be submitted within 14 of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution
Final Decision – Airgoods reserves the right to review, investigate, and make a final determination on all reported issues. Resolution decisions are made based on our internal policies, order history, and supporting evidence provided.
